1. Services Provided

We offer digital services including (but not limited to) media buying, hosting, marketing, and consulting. All services are delivered online and fulfilment details will be provided upon purchase.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate and complete information to enable us to deliver services effectively.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be made in full before services commence, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Certain services may include third-party fees (e.g., ad spend, hosting costs) which are payable in advance and are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Clients may cancel services within 7 days of purchase, provided that work has not yet commenced.

Once service delivery has started (such as campaign setup, hosting activation, or marketing work), cancellations may be subject to partial refunds only.

Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-refundable costs include:

Paid media/ad spend

Hosting fees

Third-party software or tools

5. Fulfilment of Services

Media Buying & Marketing: Campaigns are set up and managed online. Clients receive confirmation and performance reports.

Hosting Services: Accounts are activated within 24–48 hours of payment. Login credentials are provided via email.

Consulting & Strategy: Delivered through scheduled online meetings, email communication, or digital reports.

Services are deemed fulfilled once access details, reports, or agreed deliverables are provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, reports, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not resell, reproduce, or distribute our materials without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses or damages arising from third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, hosting providers).

While we take reasonable steps to ensure uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to digital services.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We respect client privacy and will only use personal information in accordance with South African data protection laws (POPIA).

9. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving disputes fairly. Clients may contact us at support@mothercitymedia.com to raise any concerns.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
